Shipping Policies

How long does shipping take.

    Shipping takes up to 5-7 BUSINESS days. (12-15 BUSINESS days during high volume times). Please note that all of our products are made by hand and as such the preparation time can be longer than other businesses.

    What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

    If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. 

    What if my item never arrives?

    If your item never arrives, Wellness Parlour's hands are tied. We would have to wait for the item to be redelivered to us and then we will reship to you upon purchase of your reship delivery sticker. 

    What happens if my item says Delivered but I haven't received it?

    Wellness Parlour cannot be held responsible for any shipment issues caused by any postal service. If your item says delivered via the postal system yet you haven't received it, you must chase up the postal service for your item. Due to time constraints once Wellness parlour posts the item, postage issue become yours to rectify with the Postal company. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

    What happens if my parcel is not picked up from my postal centre after attempted delivery?

    Once Wellness Parlour has posted your item, collecting that item becomes your responsibility. If the item is returned to us, you will have to pay for redelivery.

    How do I change or cancel my order?
    Every purchase is a final sale.


    Can I return or exchange an item?
    Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at wellnessparlour@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.We do not accept any opened products for unsanitary reasons.

    My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You can contact the postal service and pursue them for your item.

    I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
    We are sorry to inform you, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. You can purchase a reship label once your item is returned to Wellness Parlour.

    What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped using Royal Mail and it then may be carried by other parties subsequently.


    What happens when my order is returned to sender? 
    Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.


    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, We do.


    I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Wellness Parlour Limited. You will be responsible for the customs charge in your country.
    In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
    Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
